How to download, install & activate Microsoft SQL Server 2022 Standard

Please follow these steps to download, install and activate Microsoft SQL Server 2022 Standard successfully on your computer:

1. Download the Installation Files
   • Visit the official Microsoft Evaluation Center:
   https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/evaluate-sql-server-2022
   • Select SQL Server 2022.
   • Choose the ISO file download option and save it to your computer.
2. Prepare for Installation
   • Mount the SQL Server 2022 ISO file or copy its contents to a DVD or USB flash drive.
   • If you're doing a clean installation, boot from the DVD/USB on your computer.
3. Install SQL Server 2022
   • Run the setup.exe file from the installation media.
   • Follow the on-screen prompts to install SQL Server 2022 Standard. Select the installation type, features, and configure your settings as needed.
4. Activate SQL Server 2022
   • When prompted, enter the product key provided to you.
   • Complete the installation and restart your system if required.
5. You're All Set
   • Microsoft SQL Server 2022 Standard is now ready to use.
