Returns & Refunds

Replacements

Your replacement request will be immediately approved if the following conditions are met:

  • You declare that the product is non-functional (with proof of the issue provided).
  • You declare that the product has not been used and will not be used in the future.
  • You declare that the product has not been transferred to third parties and will not be transferred in the future.

Note: Your statements are considered formal and carry full legal validity.

For any request that meets the above criteria, a refund will be issued within 24 hours.

When a Request Will Not Be Approved

  • A refund or replacement request will be denied if the product has already been activated and is therefore not reusable or resellable.
  • A refund or replacement request will be denied if you decline assistance from our support team.
  • A refund or replacement request will be denied if it is made 14 days or more after the purchase.

Any products subject to return or replacement will be deactivated and will no longer be usable. If the product has already been activated, it will not function on any devices.
